The Sheyenne Valley Lodge offers excellent upland waterfowl hunting and big game hunting in the Coteau area, the prairie pothole region of North Dakota. The Coteau region has more breeding ducks that anywhere else on the continent! North Dakota hunting at its finest!

Beside duck and goose hunting, we also have Hungarian Partridge, Sharptailed Grouse, Mourning Doves, Pheasants, and Sandhill Crane. Because of the variety of upland bird species to hunt, we hunt all day every day!

The area around the Lodge is home for more than a dozen varieties of ducks and five species of geese. This variety of birds is unparalleled in its number. Whether you prefer hunting upland North Dakota game, hunting waterfowl, or both, the Sheyenne Valley Lodge gives you that opportunity!

Our Hunting Lodges

Our family owned and operated lodge is second to none in the Dakotas. We have 50,000 acres of natural hunting habitat. This sparsely populated area contains only eight farms within our thirty-six square mile township.

Reminiscent of the Victorian era, the historic North Lodge has 12 bedrooms, each bedroom or suite having its own private bath. A true one-of-a-kind in North Dakota, the South Lodge features six 2-bedroom suites.
